Agreement and eligibility
These Terms are a legal agreement between you and CoreN Digital Ltd. and govern your use of CoreMacros. By downloading, accessing, or using the service, you accept them. You must be at least 16, or the minimum age required where you live, and have capacity to enter this agreement.
Your account
- Provide accurate and current information.
- Keep your sign-in credentials secure and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
- Take responsibility for activity and content submitted through your account.
- Use CoreMacros only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes unless we agree otherwise.
Nutrition, wellness and safety
CoreMacros provides general nutrition and wellness information. It is not a medical device, doctor, registered dietitian, emergency service, or substitute for individualized medical care. Consult an appropriate professional before materially changing your diet, especially if you have allergies, an eating disorder, pregnancy, a medical condition, or prescribed dietary restrictions. Seek urgent professional help for an emergency.
AI estimates and coaching
Photo analysis, text estimates, and AI Coach responses are automated and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. Portions, calories, macros, ingredients, and allergen warnings are estimates unless you confirm them from a reliable label or source. You must review output and use independent judgment before relying on it.
Subscriptions and billing
- Free and paid features may be available. Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, not directly by CoreN Digital Ltd.
- The localized price, billing period, any eligible trial, renewal, and cancellation terms are shown before you confirm a purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your store account before the store’s renewal deadline.
- Refunds, billing disputes, and purchase restoration follow the applicable store’s rules. Deleting CoreMacros or your account does not itself cancel a store subscription.
- We may change features or pricing; any required notice or consent for a future renewal will be handled under applicable law and store rules.
Your content
You retain ownership of meal entries, photos, custom foods, saved meals, notes, and other content you submit. You grant CoreN Digital Ltd. a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, and royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit it and that it is not unlawful, harmful, or infringing.
Acceptable use
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or redistribute the service except where law does not allow that restriction.
- Do not use bots or automated access that overloads, damages, or interferes with CoreMacros.
- Do not bypass paywalls, quotas, security controls, or feature gates.
- Do not submit unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, infringing, or harmful content, including another person’s sensitive data without authority.
- Do not misuse photo, barcode, or AI features to analyze content unrelated to their intended nutrition purpose.
Intellectual property
CoreMacros software, branding, interface, text, graphics, recipes, and other company-owned content belong to CoreN Digital Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership.
Changes, suspension and termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, and may restrict or terminate access when these Terms are violated or when required for legal, security, or abuse-prevention reasons. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice of material adverse changes. You may stop using CoreMacros at any time; store subscriptions must still be cancelled through the applicable store.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoreMacros is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that nutrition data, barcode results, AI output, targets, or suggestions will always be accurate, complete, safe, or suitable. Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoreN Digital Ltd. and its affiliates, employees, contractors, licensors, and providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for CoreMacros in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.
Law and disputes
These Terms and related non-contractual disputes are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory right you have as a consumer to rely on local law or bring a claim where you live. UK, Turkish, EEA, and other non-waivable consumer protections continue to apply where relevant.
Updates and contact
We may update these Terms and will change the effective date when we do. Material updates may also be communicated through the app or another appropriate channel. Continuing to use the service after updated Terms take effect means you accept them, unless applicable law requires another form of consent. Email hello@corendigital.com with questions.
